About the Tariff Transparency Program
As part of our Tariff Transparency Program, we are introducing limited-time benefits for eligible customers and wholesale partners in response to recent tariff developments.
This program is designed to share part of the recent tariff relief with the customers and partners who supported us during a difficult cost environment.
Please note that this is not a cash refund program. Benefits will be provided in the form of limited-time Tariff Relief Credits, point benefits, or temporary invoice credits, depending on the customer type, purchase history, and account status.
For Retail Customers
For eligible retail customers, we will provide benefits in the form of limited-time Tariff Relief Credits and a limited-time points boost.
For this program, eligibility and benefit amounts will be based on completed qualifying orders placed during the following period:
August 1, 2025 – February 24, 2026
Eligible customers will be notified by email.
Credit amounts may vary depending on purchase history, account status, and our internal program criteria.
Our goal is to provide support in a way that is fair, practical, and easy to use.
Limited-Time Tariff Relief Credits
Eligible retail customers may receive a limited-time Tariff Relief Credit based on their purchase history during the calculation period.
Tariff Relief Credit amounts are based on completed qualifying orders placed during the eligible period:
• 1 qualifying order: $5
• 2–4 qualifying orders: $10
• 5–9 qualifying orders: $25
• 10+ qualifying orders: $50
Order count is based on completed qualifying orders, not the number of items purchased.
Tariff Relief Credits will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Full details, including the credit amount, expiration date, and redemption instructions, will be included in the email notification sent to eligible customers.
These credits are provided as a voluntary promotional benefit and cannot be redeemed for cash.
90-Day Points Boost
As part of this initiative, we will also introduce a 90-day points boost promotion.
During the promotion period, eligible customers may earn more points than usual on qualifying purchases.
This allows customers to continue enjoying Japanese rice while receiving additional value over the next 90 days.
More details will be announced soon.
Important Notes
Please note the following:
- Tariff Relief Credits will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise required by applicable law
- One credit may be issued per customer account
- Credits cannot be redeemed for cash
- Credits may not be transferred or resold
- Credits may not be combined with certain promotions
- Points boost benefits will be available for 90 days
- Eligibility and benefit amounts are determined based on our internal program criteria
- This program is voluntary and may be modified or ended at our discretion
This program is a voluntary customer support initiative and does not represent a legal refund, cash reimbursement, or permanent price adjustment.
For Restaurants, Retailers, and Wholesale Partners
For our restaurant, retail, and wholesale partners, we will provide temporary tariff relief credits for eligible Japanese rice deliveries.
The applicable delivery period for wholesale invoice credits is:
July 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
Eligible credits will be applied directly on invoices as a separate line item.
This approach allows us to support our wholesale partners while keeping our official wholesale price list stable.
Specific pricing details, eligibility, and credit amounts will be communicated directly to eligible partners. These details are not publicly disclosed in order to respect individual business relationships.

Tariff Transparency Program の一環として、私たちは今回の関税に関する進展を受け、対象となるお客様および卸取引先様へ期間限定の特典を提供します。
このプログラムは、厳しいコスト環境の中で私たちを支えてくださったお客様や取引先様と、関税負担の一部軽減を共有するための取り組みです。

対象となる一般のお客様に対して、期間限定の Tariff Relief Credit および期間限定のポイントブーストを提供します。
本プログラムでは、以下の期間中のご購入履歴をもとに、対象条件および特典内容を算出します。

対象となるお客様には、順次メールにてご案内いたします。
クレジットの金額は、ご購入履歴、アカウント状況、当社のプログラム基準に応じて異なる場合があります。
できるだけ公平で、実際に使いやすい形での還元を目指しています。

対象となる一般のお客様には、算出対象期間中のご購入履歴に応じて、期間限定の Tariff Relief Credit を提供します。
Tariff Relief Credit の有効期限は、適用される法令上別段の定めがある場合を除き、発行日から90日間です。
クレジットの金額、有効期限、利用方法などの詳細は、対象となるお客様へお送りするメールにてご案内いたします。
このクレジットは、当社が任意で提供する販売促進上の特典であり、現金への換金はできません。
90日間のポイントブーストについて
今回の取り組みの一環として、90日間のポイントブーストキャンペーンも実施します。
キャンペーン期間中、対象となるご購入に対して、通常よりも多くのポイントを獲得できる場合があります。
これにより、今後90日間、日本産米をよりお得に楽しんでいただける機会を提供します。

ご利用に関する注意点
以下の点について、あらかじめご了承ください。
- Tariff Relief Credit の有効期限は、適用される法令上別段の定めがある場合を除き、発行日から90日間です
- クレジットの付与は、1アカウントにつき1回となる場合があります
- 現金への換金はできません
- 譲渡や転売はできません
- 他の割引やキャンペーンとの併用ができない場合があります
- ポイントブーストの対象期間は90日間です
- 対象条件および特典額は、当社のプログラム基準に基づいて決定されます
- 本プログラムは、当社の判断により変更または終了する場合があります
本プログラムは、当社が任意で実施するお客様支援の取り組みであり、法的な返金、現金での償還、または恒久的な価格改定を意味するものではありません。
レストラン・小売店・業務用のお客様へ
レストラン、小売店、その他の卸取引先様に対しては、対象となる日本産米の納品分について、一時的な Tariff Relief Credit を提供します。
卸取引におけるインボイスクレジットの対象納品期間は以下の通りです。
2026年7月1日〜2026年8月31日
対象となるクレジットは、インボイス上で個別の明細として適用されます。
この方法により、公式の卸価格表を安定的に維持しながら、対象となる卸取引先様への支援を行います。
具体的な価格条件、対象条件、クレジット額については、対象となる取引先様へ個別にご案内いたします。取引関係への配慮から、詳細な価格条件は公開しておりません。
