Ingredients
2 cups Rice
400 ml Water
Cooking oil for frying (Sanwa Rice Oil)
Topping Ingredients
Salmon Taretare
4 oz Salmon
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Yuzu pepper
Instructions
Cook rice by rinsing it and adding it to a rice cooker or pot along with water.
Chop the salmon into small pieces and mixing it with mayonnaise, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper. Set aside.
Once the rice is cooked, shape it into rectangular pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry each rice piece until both sides are golden and crispy.
Assemble the salmon tartare on top of the fried crispy rice.
Garnish with a small slice of lemon, chopped scallions, or sesame seeds if desired.
