STEP 1. REVIEW EMAIL
A review email will be sent about 10 days after you receive the item you ordered.
About 10 days after the item arrives, Rice Factory will send you an email with subject title [Please review your recent purchase] regarding your purchase.
Be on the lookout if you want that free gift!
STEP 2. REVIEW
Write your review and submit!
Follow the contents of the email, rate, comment and click [Publish your review]!
Success, you’re almost there!
STEP 3. COUPON CODE
Your coupon code is the key!
Once you have submitted your review, you will then receive an email with a coupon code required to claim your free gift!
*If you do not receive the email containing the coupon code within a few days, please contact us.
STEP 4. FREE GIFT
Add the product into your cart!
Click on the seaweed picture located in the contents of the email and access the Free Gift Page with your coupon code.
Notes
The coupon code has some conditions and terms of use. Please check the following and purchase according to the rules.
- The coupon code is only applicable to orders with product(s) valuing a total of $ 50 or more (after discount).
- The free seaweed gift is not included and does not count towards the total value of $50.
- The coupon code has an expiration date. Please note that expired codes cannot be used.
- Please note that the Gift Product coupon code cannot be applied in the following situations:
Other discounted products or clearance products are in the cart
Combined use with other coupon codes
- Free Gift campaign is limited to one per person.
- Please note that if the coupon code is used more than once, the order will be flagged and you will not receive another gift.

From the checkout screen, enter the coupon code you received via email into the discount form and click [Apply].
A total of value of $50 (excluding value of the gift product) is required in order to claim your free gift.
