
[RECIPE] Shrimp Doria

Ingredients:

2 cups Cooked Rice

8 pcs Shrimp (peeled, deveined)

2 pcs Bacon

¼ pc Onion

1 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Flour

1 cup Milk

1 tbsp Ketchup
-
Salt
-
Black pepper

Cheese
Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients by slicing the onion and cutting the bacon.

Heat a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the bacon and onion.

Once the onion is cooked through, add butter, shrimp, salt, and pepper, and cook.

When the shrimp are cooked, add flour and stir quickly to incorporate it with the ingredients.

Pour in the milk little by little while stirring, and make it into a thick and creamy sauce.

Add ketchup and mix it into the sauce.

In a gratin baking dish, add a scoop of the sauce and spread it on the bottom. Layer the cooked rice over the sauce, and pour more sauce on top. Finally, top with some cheese.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
