
[RECIPE] Tomato Risotto with Crispy Bacon

Ingredients:

2 cups Cooked rice

2 pcs Small tomato

2 pcs Bacon

¼ pc Onion

1 cup Water
-
1 pc Consomme cube (chicken bouillon)

3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper
Instructions:

Finely chop the onion. And dice the tomatoes and bacon into small pieces.

In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until it becomes crispy, remove it from the pan.

Use the bacon grease, stir fry the onion until it becomes translucent.

Add the cooked rice and tomatoes into the pan and stir quickly.

Pour in the water, consommé cube and season with salt and pepper. Allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes until the rice to absorb the liquid.

Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese.

Plate it in a serving bowl, finish with more parmesan cheese and black pepper if desired.
