Limited quantities! The fantastic rice has arrived!

Production area: Utsunomiya city, Tochigi, Japan

Producer: Akutsu noen

A limited supply of rice that has won numerous Grand Prix gold medals in Japan is now available.

This rice was developed by Utsunomiya University and is the first rice to be developed by a national university in Japan. It has received high praise, including winning the top prize at many rice competitions every year.

When it comes to the flavor of “Yuudai 21”, the first thing that comes to mind is the size of the grains. The thickness of the grains tends to be a little thin, but even when compared to Koshihikari, the length is overwhelmingly longer, and the grains have a powerful texture when cooked.
When you put it in your mouth, a unique, sweet aroma similar to corn wafts up to your nose, and the moist, dense stickiness is very impressive. It is said that the stickiness of this rice is 5.5 times that of Koshihikari rice immediately after cooking, and 3.4 times that of the highly sticky Milk Queen rice, so stickiness is one of its major characteristics.
In addition, there is data showing that even after cooling down, the softness is the same as immediately after cooking, so it is also said to be suitable for bento boxes.

Please try this rare brand, which is difficult to obtain even in Japan.
