Shokin Shoyu’s Yuzu Nama Ponzu is made with aromatic yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture, blended with sudachi juice for a bright and refined citrus character.

The citrus juices are carefully balanced with two styles of soy sauce, mellow apple vinegar, and savory dashi made from bonito flakes, dried sardines, and kombu.
