
[RECIPE] Sushi Bake
Sushi Bake is a warm and comforting fusion dish that brings the flavors of Sushi into a layered casserole. Each bite combines seasoned Sushi rice, imitation crab mixed with cream cheese and mayonnaise, and a drizzle of Unagi Sauce. This dish is perfect for both weeknight dinners and holiday potlucks, where everyone can enjoy rolling bites in Nori Sheets.

Ingredients:
Sushi Rice

4 cups Cooked Rice

3 tbsp Rice Vinegar

1 &1/2 tbsp Sugar

1 pinch Salt
Topping Mixture

4 oz Cream Cheese
-
1/3 cup of Mayonnaise
-
2 tbsp Unagi Sauce
-
6 sticks Kanikama Imitation Crab
-
1 pc Cucumber
-
2 pcs Scallion
-
Furikake
-
Nori Sheets
Instructions:

Cook the rice to prepare.

Make Sushi Rice.

Preheat your oven to 450°F.

Dice the cucmer and chop the imitation crab sticks and scallions.

Ina bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Unagi sauce until smooth. Add the chopped scallions and imitation crab, mixing well.

In a baking dish, spread the sushi rice in an even layer. Top with the cream cheese and crab mixture, spreading evenly. Sprinkle Furikake seasoning generaously over the top.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top is slightly golden and heated through. Top the diced cucumber over the cooked Sushi Bake.

Scoop a portion of the Sushi Bake onto a small piece of Nori Sheet, wrap, and enjoy each bite.
